A hot tub (CZK 50,000–120,000) or barrel sauna (CZK 40,000–90,000) are movable items — they don’t require a building permit and can double the price per night on Airbnb.

Usually not. An MB tiny house with O2/O3 certification and a registration plate is legally a vehicle under Act No. 56/2001 Coll. — the Building Act does not apply to it. An outdoor hot tub and sauna on their own chassis are movable items. The entire glamping setup can generally be launched without a single official stamp.
