About the Dubai DUO 53
The Dubai DUO 53 combines modern architecture with a practical layout on 53 m². Two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and island, and an 18–29 m² mezzanine offer year-round comfort for 6–10 people.
A panoramic window in the gable wall and large glazing in the living room and hallway bring daylight into the house. The gable roof, pitched at 28°, creates space for a mezzanine you can arrange as you wish.
The house is built on a steel frame with C24 structural timber, the external walls and ceiling are insulated with 15 cm of PUR foam, and heating is provided by Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating. It is delivered turnkey and is also available with a mirrored layout. Made in the European Union (Poland).
