About the Dubai DUO 62
The Dubai DUO 62 keeps the distinctive form and practical layout of the Dubai DUO 53 while offering even more space. Two bedrooms and a generous 30.5 m² living room with kitchen provide year-round comfort for 6–10 people.
A panoramic window in the gable wall and double-leaf terrace doors in the living room bring daylight into the interior. Under the gable roof, pitched at 28°, an 18–29 m² mezzanine provides extra space to arrange as you wish.
The house is built on a steel frame with C24 structural timber, the external walls and ceiling are insulated with 15 cm of PUR foam, and heating is provided by Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating. It is delivered turnkey and is also available with a mirrored layout. Made in the European Union (Poland).
