About the Dubai TRIO 62
The Dubai TRIO 62 is a year-round mobile home with a 62 m² footprint for 8–12 people. An open day zone with a kitchenette, lounge area and dining space is complemented by three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an 18–29 m² mezzanine. The layout clearly separates the day and night zones.
The house is built on a steel frame with C24 structural timber and has a gable roof pitched at 28°, covered with standing-seam metal. The façade combines standing-seam metal with Vinylit panels, and large windows bring daylight into the interior.
Comfort is provided by underfloor heating (heating film) with Wi-Fi control in every room and air conditioning in the living room. Insulation is open-cell PUR foam – 15 cm in the floor, 14.5 cm in the roof and 12 cm in the walls. Made in the European Union (Poland).
