About the Milano 35
The Milano 35 is a year-round mobile home for 4–6 people. Its gable roof and glazed gable wall combine a classic form with a modern look and make good use of the interior space.
The 35 m² floor plan includes a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchenette is complemented by an island with bar stools, and the bathroom has a washing machine connection.
The external walls combine wood-effect vinyl panels with weather-resistant steel panels that offer a long service life without maintenance. Thermal insulation is provided by polyurethane foam, and the triple-glazed windows are fitted with external roller shutters. The house is delivered turnkey.
