About the Milano 35 with mezzanine
The Milano 35 combines a classic gable-roof form with a modern glazed gable wall that fills the interior with daylight. Its 35 m² hold a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and direct access to the terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The gable roof, pitched at 25°, creates a 14 m² mezzanine that you can arrange to suit your needs. The house accommodates 4–6 people and works well for both short and longer stays all year round.
The load-bearing structure is a steel frame with C24 structural timber, and the external walls and ceiling are insulated with 15 cm of PUR foam. The house is delivered turnkey with underfloor heating throughout and is also available with a mirrored layout.
