The Milano TRIO 48 is a modern home designed for larger families and groups. Its 48 m² include a spacious living room with kitchen, three bedrooms, a large mezzanine and a bathroom, offering comfortable year-round accommodation for 7–10 people.
A panoramic window in the gable wall and a window above the kitchen worktop fill the interior with daylight and underline its modern character. The gable roof, pitched at 25°, allows for a mezzanine of 12–26 m².
The load-bearing structure is a steel frame with C24 structural timber, and the external walls and ceiling are insulated with 15 cm of PUR foam. The house is delivered turnkey with underfloor heating throughout and is also available with a mirrored layout.
