The Marcelo DUO 48 Panorama combines a modern look with a carefully planned layout. Two bedrooms and a spacious day zone with a kitchen and island offer comfort for 4–6 people.
The distinctive panoramic window lights up the living room, while double-leaf terrace doors in the living room and a single-leaf terrace door in the kitchen open the interior to its surroundings and let in even more daylight. The house has a flat roof, a steel frame with C24 structural timber and 15 cm of PUR foam insulation in the external walls and ceiling.
It is delivered turnkey, with Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and a fully furnished interior. A mirrored layout is available on request. Made in the European Union (Poland).
