About the Marcelo DUO 48
The Marcelo DUO 48 combines modern architecture with a practical layout for 4–6 people. The centre of the house holds a living room open to the dining area and a kitchen with an island, while two separate bedrooms at either end ensure privacy.
Double-leaf terrace doors in the living room and an additional single-leaf terrace door in the bedroom bring plenty of daylight into the house. It has a flat roof, a steel frame with C24 structural timber and 15 cm of PUR foam insulation in the external walls and ceiling.
It is delivered turnkey, with Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and a fully furnished interior. A mirrored layout is available on request. Made in the European Union (Poland).
