What does buying a tiny house at VI invest look like?
Buying a tiny house for the first time and not sure what to expect? We’ll show you the whole process from A to Z, so nothing catches you by surprise.
Step 1: A free consultation
Contact us by phone or email. We’ll discuss your needs – how many people will live in the tiny house, what purpose you want it for (permanent living, glamping, a weekend retreat), your budget, and where you plan to place it. The consultation is completely free and non-binding.
Step 2: Choosing a model and configuration
Based on the consultation, we’ll recommend 2–3 models that best match your requirements. We’ll send you a detailed catalogue with technical parameters and equipment variants. You can choose the layout, surface materials, and optional accessories (solar panels, air conditioning, tanks).
Step 3: A price quote and reservation
After choosing the model and configuration, we’ll send you a binding price quote. To reserve a production slot, a deposit is required (typically 30–40% of the total price). Production begins only once the deposit is paid.
Step 4: Production (8–16 weeks)
Production takes place at the manufacturer’s plant. The standard delivery time is 8–12 weeks, and up to 16 weeks for large models (Titan 11) or special configurations. We keep you informed throughout the production process.
Step 5: Inspection, payment, transport
Before dispatch, we carry out a quality inspection. Once the remainder of the purchase price is paid, we arrange transport to your specified location. We state the transport cost in our quote, depending on the distance and access to the plot.
Step 6: Handover and commissioning
We deliver the tiny house, carry out basic commissioning, and show you everything you need for operation and maintenance. At the same time, we hand over all documentation, certificates, and the user manual.
Step 7: Vehicle registration (O2/O3 models only)
If you purchased a model with O2/O3 certification (a vehicle), we’ll provide you with complete documentation for registration at the vehicle registration office. The tiny house gets a registration plate like any other trailer. An administrative fee is payable according to the current fee schedule. Warranty service
We provide warranty service for all our models. In case of any issues, contact our customer support – we’re available to you even after handover.
