About the Marcelo DUO 35
The Marcelo DUO 35 combines a modern look with a well-planned layout. The centre of the house holds a living room joined to the dining area and kitchen, while two separate bedrooms at either end provide privacy for 4–6 people.
Large glazing and terrace doors in the living room and the main bedroom bring in daylight and open the interior to its surroundings. The house has a flat roof, a steel frame with C24 structural timber and 15 cm of PUR foam insulation in the external walls and ceiling.
It is delivered turnkey, with Wi-Fi-controlled underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and a fully furnished interior. A mirrored layout is available on request. Made in the European Union (Poland).
