About the Marcelo 48
The Marcelo 48 is a 48 m² year-round mobile home for 2–4 people. In the centre of the house, the living room opens onto the dining area and kitchen, forming a comfortable and practical day zone. The other part of the house holds a separate bedroom that ensures privacy.
The house is built on a steel and timber structure, insulated with PUR foam (floor and ceiling 15 cm, walls 12 cm) and fitted with triple-glazed windows with roller shutters. The façade combines wood-effect vinylPlus SHADOW panels with standing-seam metal, and the underside of the floor is protected with galvanised sheet.
Every room is fitted with custom-designed furniture and a full set of appliances. The house is delivered turnkey, including electrical, water and drainage installations. Made in the European Union (Poland).
